Crusader families, Thank you for your patience as we navigate plans for in-person school tomorrow. Given concerns for the safety and the commute for members our school community, OLHR School will be CLOSED tomorrow. We are following the direction of the Los Angeles Unified School District and similar concerns posed by officials with LAUSD. Please note that OLHR is taking tomorrow as a "safety day" as a precaution for all Crusaders - staff, families, and students alike. We will need to make up the instructional day later, and will be happy to inform you of that plan as we consider future dates. Please stay home, stay safe, and be prepared to return to campus on Tuesday. Please pray for all impacted by this storm. God's blessings, Ms. Esparza, principal
We have been especially blessed by Shea Family Charities and the Smet Foundation, who granted OLHR support (and amazing teams) for a few makeover projects this summer. Thanks to their generosity, our classrooms, hallway, and main office now have updated lighting and window treatments -- not to mention new signage to better direct visitors to the school. You'll also notice colorful touch-ups near OLHR's school front; this artistry matches the vibrancy and diversity of our community and its families. Everything looks brighter and better, especially with the installation of the new privacy screen that's been a priority!
